Technical Sgt. John R. Jenkins served in the United States Army from 1967–1969, drafted during the Vietnam War and trained at Fort Benning, Fort Polk, and Fort Carson before deploying with the 11th Infantry, 5th Infantry Division, where he led his own fire squad. He was wounded in combat on October 1, 1968, earning the Purple Heart along with multiple commendations for marksmanship, combat service, and Vietnam campaign participation. After his honorable discharge in 1969, he continued serving veterans through his work with the VA Medical Center. Born in 1942 His legacy of discipline, sacrifice, and community commitment guides the company’s mission to serve government partners, support veterans, and strengthen public communities.
